Delayed Delivery
In very rare cases, packages may take longer than the estimated delivery time.
Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, holiday seasons, promotions, or other unexpected situations during transit.
This is especially common during busy holiday seasons such as November and December.
If there are no tracking updates for more than 30–60 business days, we will arrange and ship a replacement package.

Processing Time vs Shipping Time
Please note that processing time is different from shipping time.
Processing Time
3–5 Business Days
Orders usually require 4–6 business days to be fully processed. This includes:
- Order verification
- Quality check
- Packaging
- Forwarding to logistics
- Shipment to the post office
Once your order has been processed, our shipping partner will dispatch your package.
You will then receive an email with your tracking information.
Processing Delays
During busy periods such as holidays, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may take longer than usual.
We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.
Cancelling an Order
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
If you request cancellation within 30 minutes before your order is processed, a transaction fee of $20 per order will apply.
If we confirm that your order has already been processed, cancellation will no longer be possible.
